Objectif de l’appel à propositions :
Dans le cadre de la composante I du projet M-LEARN, l’OIM Tunisie invite les jeunes Tunisien(e)s, ainsi que les jeunes non Tunisien(e)s ; âgé(e)s de 15 à 35 ans, y compris les jeunes professionnel(le)s (expérience de moins de 3 ans), à soumettre une proposition créative pour représenter une réalité de la migration qui va à l’encontre de préjugés discriminatoires ou pour défendre un point de vue sur les représentations discriminatoires à l’égard des migrants ou d’une catégorie de migrants qu’ils soient tunisiens vivants à l’étranger ou étrangers vivants en Tunisie. La compétition récompensera les projets capables d’avoir un impact positif sur l’image des migrants et qui défendront avec créativité leurs droits économiques et sociaux et/ou le vivre ensemble dans un environnement non discriminatoire.
La proposition de projet devra s’inscrire dans l’une des quatre thématiques suivantes :
– Intégration des migrant(e)s / Contribution des migrant(e)s dans leurs pays d’accueil ;
– Migration de retour et engagement dans le pays d’origine ;
– Vivre ensemble et défis de la migration ;
– Impact de la COVID-19 sur la migration.
Soumission :
Les candidatures individuelles ou en groupe devront être déposées via ce FORMULAIRE, au plus tard le 22 novembre 2021 à minuit (heure de Tunis).
NB : Le devis du projet ne doit pas dépasser 2700 DT.
La date de l’annonce des candidatures sélectionnées est estimée pour le 3 décembre 2021. Seuls les candidat(e)s sélectionné(e)s seront informé(e)s par email.
NB : Une fois la candidature envoyée, aucune modification, suppression ou révision, ni aucun ajout ou changement ne pourra être fait. Aucune inscription par voie postale ou courrier électronique ne sera acceptée.

الهدف من المسابقة :
في إطار النشاط الأول للمشروع تدعو المنظمة الدولية للهجرة بتونس كل من الشباب التونسي و غير التونسي؛ الذين تتراوح أعمارهم بين 15 و 35 سنة ، بما في ذلك العاملين منهم(الذين لديهم خبرة تقل عن 3 سنوات) ، لتقديم ترشحاتهم للمشاركة عبر اقتراح إبداعي لتمثيل واقع الهجرة الذي يتعارض مع الأفكار المسبقة التمييزية أو للدفاع عن وجهة نظر بشأن تمثلات التمييز ضد المهاجرين أو فئة معينة من المهاجرين سواء كانوا من التونسيين المقيمين بالخارج أومن الأجانب المقيمين بتونس . ستكافئ المسابقة المشاريع القادرة على إحداث تأثير إيجابي على صورة المهاجرين والتي ستدافع بشكل خلاق عن حقوقهم الاقتصادية والاجتماعية و / أو التعايش في بيئة غير تمييزية . ويجب أن يندرج مقترح المشروع تحت أحد المواضيع الأربعة التالية :
– ادماج المهاجرين / مساهمة المهاجرين في البلدان المضيفة لهم ؛
– هجرة العودة والمشاركة في بلد المنشأ؛
– التعايش وتحديات الهجرة ؛
– تأثير جائحة كوفيد – 19 على الهجرة .
المشاركة :
للمشاركة يجب تقديم الطلبات الفردية أو الجماعية عبر هذا النموذج ، في موعد أقصاه لا يتجاوز يوم 22 نوفمبر 2021 على الساعة منتصف الليل (بالتوقيت المحلي بتونس) .
ملاحظة : يجب ألا يتجاوز تقدير تكلفة المشرو ع المقترح 2700 دينار
وسيقع الإعلان عن نتائج الترشحات التي تم قبولها يوم 3 ديسمبر 2021 .

Objective of the call for proposals:
Under component I, IOM Tunisia invites young Tunisians, as well as non-Tunisians; aged between 15 and 35, including young professionals (with less than 3 years of experience), to submit a creative proposal depicting a reality of migration, particularly presenting examples of discriminatory stereotypes, and perceptions of migrants, either in Tunisia or Tunisians living abroad. The competition will reward projects capable of having a positive impact on the perception of migration and that will creatively promote migrants’ economic and social rights and/or social cohesion in an open and safe environment.
The project proposal must address one of the following four topics:
– Integration of migrants / Contribution of migrants in their host countries;
– Return migration and engagement in the country of origin;
– Social cohesion and the challenges of migration;
– Impact of COVID-19 on migration and/or migrants.
Submission:
Individual or group applications must be submitted via this FORM, no later than November 22, 2021 at midnight (Tunis time).
NB: The cost of the project must not exceed 2700 DT.
The date of the announcement of the selected applications is estimated for December 3, 2021. Only selected candidates will be notified by email.
